Quickzaar – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Quickzaar (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively called “the Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before continuing to use Quickzaar.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on or using Quickzaar, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You also agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations while using our Platform.

2. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to access certain features of Quickzaar.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Quickzaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Platform Services

Quickzaar operates as a hybrid eCommerce marketplace, offering both its own products and listings from third-party sellers, manufacturers, and startups.

  • We serve as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.
  • Quickzaar is not directly responsible for product warranties, quality, or claims made by third-party sellers unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing, availability, and product descriptions are provided by sellers and may vary without notice.

4. Seller & Startup Obligations

If you register as a seller, manufacturer, or startup on Quickzaar:

  • You must provide accurate product details, images, and pricing.
  • You are responsible for maintaining inventory and fulfilling orders on time.
  • Products must comply with Indian consumer protection and eCommerce laws.
  • Quickzaar reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts violating legal or ethical standards.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it on the Quickzaar Platform.
  • After 24 hours, no order or parcel will be canceled or returned for any reason — except in cases of product damage or wrong item delivery.
  • In case of damaged or defective products, customers must use Open Box Delivery, i.e., open and inspect the parcel in front of the delivery person.
  • If any issue is found, customers must immediately file a complaint in the presence of the delivery executive at the time of delivery.
  • Once the product is accepted after delivery, no refund, replacement, or cancellation request will be accepted.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after verification of the issue as per Quickzaar’s policy.

6. Affiliate Program

  • Users can earn commission through valid referrals under Quickzaar’s Affiliate Program.
  • Any fraudulent, spam-based, or misleading promotion will lead to account suspension and loss of commission.
  • Quickzaar reserves the right to change affiliate commission rates and terms at any time without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, product designs, code, logos, and data available on Quickzaar are the exclusive property of Quickzaar or its licensors.
You are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Upload harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to hack, manipulate, or misuse the website or affiliate system.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
    Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Quickzaar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Product quality, delivery delays, or logistics issues caused by third-party sellers or service providers are beyond our control.
  • The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Quickzaar, its employees, partners, and affiliates harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the Terms

Quickzaar may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version will be published on the Platform, and continued use of Quickzaar will indicate your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

Quickzaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/State — e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra].
